Equipment specifications, datasheets and features come largely from their manufacturers and are published for information only. They may change without notice, and images may not match the configuration offered exactly.
Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Price, availability, delivery times and the configuration of each piece of equipment are confirmed only in a written quote. Before making a technical or purchasing decision, we recommend confirming with our team that the equipment or service suits your application.
Quote requests
Sending a request through the site does not bind either party. A commitment arises when you accept a KVSG quote in writing or send us a purchase order, under the price, delivery, warranty and payment terms it states and within its validity period.
The scope of each inspection service — assets to be inspected, deliverables, timing, site access and safety conditions, and each party's responsibilities — is set out in the corresponding proposal.
The payment methods shown on the site are those KVSG accepts; the payment terms for each transaction are agreed in the quote. The site does not process payments.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, video, design and the KVSG brand belong to KVSG S.A.C. or are used with their owners' permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The trademarks, logos and datasheets of manufacturers (such as Mitcorp, Dellon or Spectroline) and of client companies belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to identify the products we distribute and the companies we have served, and imply no other relationship or endorsement.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and manufacturers' websites. KVSG does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and its information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may change, suspend or remove content at any time.

Complaints Book
As required by Peru's Consumer Protection and Defence Code, KVSG keeps a virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones), linked from the foot of every page. When you file a claim or complaint you get your numbered sheet on screen, which you can print, and a copy by email.
We reply in writing, to the email you give, within 15 business days at most; this period cannot be extended. Filing a claim does not stop you using other ways of resolving the dispute and is not a prerequisite for reporting to INDECOPI.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lima, without prejudice to the rights consumer protection law grants to anyone who qualifies as a consumer.
